I'm a coffee snob. I really like coffee; and I absolutely have to start my day with it. I've had a subscription for it for three years now, but with all the prices rising so much, I just can't afford it anymore. So, I scrolled around a bit looking for a replacement and found Boomi. It has mixed reviews but for the cost, and several positive reviews, I ordered the 100% Instant Arabica. I really like that it mentions it's mold free. To my delight, it's very good. 100% dissolvable, great taste and smell and well-sealed.

I am quite pleased with this coffee. It’s truly like a medium taste not bitter or too strong but perfect and very enjoying. I feel confident drinking this knowing that it is not manufactured with strong chemicals. The bonus is this cute little can it comes in and it does close pretty tightly. This one’s a keeper.

I give five stars for taste and 3 stars for price - 4 stars overall. I have been using Kava Instant Low Acid coffee for over 30 years. However, since they went out of business and then someone else started manufacturing the item, the taste hasn't been the same. Out of curiosity, I thought I'd see if there are other brands out there and found this one - all I can say is "Dang! This is good!" And I mean goooooooooood! I believe I'll be totally switching over to this, but dang it's expensive. So is Kava, but they give you more for the money. Of course, more of a bad thing doesn't equal less of a good thing... I didn't write a review right away because I thought "No way this is low acid - it doesn't say it on the label." But... it hasn't given me any issues in my week of usage, and believe you me, any other type of coffee does. So now I trust that this is definitely low acid. Honestly can't beat the taste, so if you're thinking about trying it - stop thinking about it and do it!

To me this has fruity scent notes out of the can. But yet when I add my hot water, it still has a depth of flavor. I tend to like dark roasts, but this gives me the same smooth depth without the chicory chocolatey flavor notes of your typical dark roast. It’s nice to have in my rotation. Lately I have really been loving instant coffees because there are easy to make in the morning. I feel this one is a quality one. The size of the can is reasonable for the price. The grains are a nice texture…this is not a powdered instant coffee.

The metal can had a dent. The inside product was not damaged. It came in a paper bag without any bubble wrap or any other protective material which could be a culprit.

The coffee tastes very good, and my family recommends it to friends. I'm grateful to be able to find this very mellow, pleasant coffee. But you have to read the value explanation on this page very carefully. When I clicked on the page, the price was telling me about $15 and the title said up to 200 cups, so I purchased at that price. But I had misunderstood - that title was just going to stay the same for all sizes. It meant if YOU change and choose the larger quantity you could make 200 cups. So, it's easy to pay for half the coffee you think you are getting. Also, these are in very thin, delicate tins, and mine are pretty banged up. There's just a paper-thin transparent bag to hold the two tins together and Amazon is shipping in a bag. The transparent bag had damage, too, so this may be shipping damage. Arrangements should be made so that such delicate tins of a food product could have better protection. The tins could be attractive - even reusable or up-cyclable rather than throw-away - if they could get to customers safely.
