I bought a £50 vac-pack with my sous-vide stick which worked fine for a couple of weeks. And then it didn't. Luckily Amazon took it back and refunded me the money so this time I jumped for this. Its not cheap but by this point I'm sold on vac-packing and really loving the raft lof things I can do (beyond cooking a good steak) with my sous vide stick.We're now a couple months in and using our Andrew James Commercial bad boy on a daily basis - not commercially, only at home but still, its working as hard as we need it and I am very happy to have spent the money. There's been no drop in performance, no prob with wet bags etc, no drop off. The performance is a world apart from the cheaper model I had bought previously - and, in retrospect that's to be expected I guess but still, it was potentially a massive false economy and the difference is pretty spectacular. Lets see how long it lasts but I'm really happy with it and glad I bought it so that's pretty much my review.

Very clear, precise instructions came with the machine. Easy to set up and use. Quick to double seal bags and the machine has a quality feel. The display has been well though through and as a novice to vacuum sealing it made the process easy.

I’ve been using this for a while. I bought after researching and I am very pleased with it. Superb for bagging single meals for the freezer and they last longer and retain their taste and texture.

It's great. It's a mystery though why it doesn't come with the 1$ hose that enables you to use vacuum canisters, marinating boxes and bottle sealers.

I was fed up with freezer burnt food and a previous cheap vacuum food sealer had given up ages ago. This is an expensive machine but it looks elegant, feels solid and does the job neatly and quickly. Very pleased with it. I could get quite addicted to vacuum packing!

We had the problem with the device. The closing door does not hold during the vacuum process. We communicated severals time via messenger, email etc. with the seller but unfortunately no positive result. I sent the photos, the video and the description of the problem.Result = 0 (zero). I will have to find another supplier.It's really a shame ..........

A solid machine & perfect. I really like the ‘tram rail’ sealing rather than a single seal. Excellent product
