Yes , it's a crib size mattress. Your child will love climbing in and out if the toddler bed.

The first picture shows a foot board and the others do not. Can anyone tell me if it comes with the foot board like the first picture?

Yes, it is just as pictured. Headboard, foot board and side rails. We were very happy with the color and quality, too.
