Very, very detailed book on stretching
If you want a book to have around in case of stiff, sore muscles, this is it. 1500 stretches will keep you busy for a long time. I've struggled with lower back issues for many years. I vowed to myself to stay in better shape with consistent stretching. With 1500 stretches to pick from, you'll never get bored with a routine, and change is always just another page away.

I’d recommend it!
There are probably seldom few books that provide such a wide variety of stretches and how they are used! This book should be considered a must have for endurance athletes or athletes of movement intensive sports!

Thick Boy
This book is thicker than cold peanut butter. Love all the stretches. Had this for 3 months now and helps so much when a part of my body tightens up that I didn't know needed to be cracked

Very nice, large book

Great stretches, but sometimes difficult to follow alone
When trying some of the partner stretches, it was a little bit confusing on where you were supposed to place your hands and what muscle was actually supposed to be stretched.But overall, it is a decent book and offers a lot of variations and pictures. I use it as a coffee table book and pull it out when I am watching TV to do some stretches on the floor.

1500 stretches book
I absolutely love this book. It's amazing how many stretches that are in it. This book is really going to help me. I would suggest this book to anyone that has problems with their mussels. Stretching really helps with mussel pain.

Giant Book Of Stretches
Pencil for reference of how big it is, added photos of the index because buying the book I had no idea what was exactly inside and thought it would help someone else. I like it, it’s a giant book of stretches, some are moves to stretch and build strength at the same time, worth buying if you’re tired of doing exactly the same stretches like I am :)

An Encyclopedia of Stretches
This is a big, fat, hard cover compilation of all kinds of stretches.The book begins with a short introduction about stretching. The rest of the book are pictures of stretches and instructions about how to perform them. It's divided by stretches for different body parts. The last section are yoga stretches.Some stretches, I am familiar with, many more are new. They are absolutely excellent!I am really happy the author put this together. It's easy to pick stretches from different sections and create a routine.Love it!
