Bought this to make my own bagels and it’s been perfect. The grip is comfortable, the edge is sharp, and it cuts cleanly through dough—even when it’s chilled. It’s also very easy to wash. Excellent quality and performance at a great price. Highly recommend.

There's not much to say about this product. It is sturdy, the design is simple, and it does exactly what it's supposed to. There are measurements on one side, but I personally have no use for them.

Excellent kitchen tool. I use it for pizza dough and it works great. It's well-made, sturdy, and has a good grip. I've tried the less-espensive plastic ones, but they don't begin to compare with this one.

This is a basic bench scraper/dough cutter. I think the quality is as good as the white handle kind we all know and love, and the added scale (ruler) on the blade actually comes in really handy. The grip is ok, a little slippery. It's great for transferring cut veggies to a pan etc.

I have used this product alot for many different reasons. Its great for slicing & cutting dough nice easy grip with a perfect weight for me, easy clean-up durability easy to store.

works really well but be careful- it is a little sharp. I have been using a plastic bowl scraper to clean up my counter during sourdough coil fold/slap and folds but this is elite. it's also excellent when you need to separate the dough but be careful not to go too hard or you might scratch your counter.
