Works great for having 2 internets going to one router. If one internet goes down, just press the button for the backup internet to start working. Very simple to use. Well worth the money.

This is a unique item, but there are conflicting specifications in the title and in the description. According to the title and some of the descriptions, this is a Gigabit switching device. In some of the photos it says it's only 100M.The box the switch came in also says 100M, not 1000M, so I decided to try it out and see for myself which it is. Result was 100M when using the switch, and 1000M when I was plugged in directly.If you plan to use this with slower speed devices, this is still a great solution for people who want to quickly change networks without unplugging cables, but it's too slow for the purpose I had in mind.
