Vaccum packed and high quality product
The toor dal arrived in vacuum sealed pack. I first was confused that the lentils were lumped due to moisture. I realized after opening the pack that its vacuum sealed. The lentils were of high quality and flavorful.

Improper packing
I received the product and was happy about it. They used 3-4 Post Office new priority envelope as a packing material which is totally unacceptable and unconscionable. They should stop this nonsense.
