Fitment/performance/price can't be beat!
I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 5.3 Flex Fuel. @135K miles, it was about time to change the original plugs/wires/belts. I prefer to stick to the OEM as much as possible, as I want reliability over performance, besides, with a stock motor/ignition larger wires are of absolutely NO/NADA benefit anyhow. I bought the NGK iridiums(AC Delco's are now produced by Denso...stay away!)which are a superior plug all around to replace the ACD's from the factory. These wires fit nicely with the metal heat shields and install with a firm click at both ends. The price cannot be beat(again)from Amazon...and two day delivery is a bonus! For those tackling your first "tune-up"...a few tips. When removing the old wires/plugs:1. NEVER remove/insert new plugs while the engine is hot. Warm is acceptable on iron blocks...cool on aluminum.2. Disconnect the coil leads and give each plug boot a twist to break it away form the ceramic plug insulator.3. Use a plug wire removal tool; Life is easier in many cases with it that without. Oh...and they're sold here for a minimal investment.4. If these plugs have been in awhile, pull the plug wires and (if possible to reach) get a little penetrating fluid into the plug well to help free them up. Let them "soak" 15 min then start "breaking" them free. IF the first seems REAL tight after the initial 1/2 turn or so...STOP! Let the fluid now go deeper into the threads. Assume ALL of the plugs will be similar, so "break" all of them and again...let them sit, but now only 5 min or so will do.Installation:1. Pre-lube the inner boots with the di-electric grease supplied; I use a Q-tip to ensure an even coat all around the inner rubber boots at both ends.2. Apply a SMALL amount("a little dab will do ya") of "anti-seize" to the threads of the plugs prior to installation.3. Find the torque specs, and USE IT!!!! ESPECIALLY if you have an aluminum block. Anti-seize will change the torque due to it's lubricating property. Lower your torque about 2 lbs below spec. When the engine heats all will be right with the world. DO NOT overtighten them!!! Spark plugs do NOT need to be "monkeyed" in there. That's why there's so many threads...let THEM do their collective work.Take your time!!! Don't do this in a rush. MANY helicoils have been needed because people rush this process. In many cases nowdays, plugs stay in for 100k+ miles. Do it right the first time and you'll probably not need to even think about it again. Snap off a plug, or strip your head? It WILL cost you a lot of $$$$ for a shop to fix your mistake!

Nice wires
Same as OE for my G8 GXP. Many replacement options have straight boots on the plug end. These were perfect. Fits all GM LS motors with. coils on valve cover. Red wire is a nice touch.

Plug wires
I own a 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo SS and being a 17 year old car it sometimes is difficult to find parts. GM still has some things available but they know they have you at a bad spot and the prices can be astronomical. These are OEM the red looks great and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking to replace yours don’t hesitate on buying these. They are great and your wallet will thank you.
