This product actually works unlike its multitude of contemporaries which fudge their data by mislabeling the nutrition values of the ingredients. There are prominent Indian health supplement brands that got exposed by Trustified for falsifying nutrition data. Swisse multivitamins worked for me from Day 1. My lethargy and malaise got lessened after consuming a single tablet. I felt like getting my vitality back after a long time. The company has a great product verification system by using a QR code(on the bottle) scannable counter-increment output page after entering and verifying the bottle security code on the QR code web page. If the bottle is unused and new.. then the counter shows the value of 1 after the first verification test. For the same subsequent verifications on that QR code page.. the counter gets incremented to 2, 3, 4, and so on. Through this way, the risk of consuming a compromised product decreases drastically. Even though it's pricey.. the product genuinely works. All the other indigenous health supplements are pure scams. At least in India... blindly go for Swisse. Just make sure that the cap is properly sealed/secured when you first receive any bottle. If it's already open then do not consume the product and inform Amazon accordingly. Same goes for the security code. Make sure it's unscratched. Kudos to Australia for making Swisse available in India.

A very good omega 3 and fish oil supplement that actually makes a difference when u consume it for a month. Highest EPA N DHA content I've found in any supplement so far. Best thing is it's an Australian product that's manufactured in Australia so u know there will be no adulteration. Have noticed a reduction in my joint pain.
