How long is the carrier/stand? I have a speaker driver and subwoofer that I do not want on the floor.

Subwoofers need to be on the floor or they don't work right; they radiate vibration and if you insulate them from the floor by putting them on casters or a stand or anything like that, you might as well not have a subwoofer.

Would this be able to lock into place withought moving above a neoprene anti vibrating mat?
