Light and refreshing
This drink has a nice light, refreshing taste with a little fizz. I think it’s delicious and it actually has improved my deep sleep, likely due to the magnesium. It’s a bit pricey, but if you like to have an evening drink, it’s quite nice.

perfect replacement for alcohol
I tried a ton of relaxing drinks to help me cut back on drinking, and Recess is hands down best tasting with just a subtle essence of that bite that scratches the alcohol itch along with a perfect level of fizz. AND they hit the relaxation aspect right on the head. It's genuinely calming without feeling like I'm just drinking liquid benadryl. I swear it literally helps me reframe my thinking and then actively engage in something relaxing, rather than just helping me temporarily forget what I'm stressed about. TLDR can't recommend them enough, I don't usually leave any reviews let alone a long positive one but this small business really deserves it, thank you to everyone at Recess, you nailed it!

Not too sweet NA alternative!
My hubby and I recently stopped drinking and we’ve been in the market for NA drinks. We tried Zerosecco (zero-proof prosecco) from Aldi and it was way too sweet. NA cocktails at bars and restaurants tend to lean sweet as well. Well we decided to try out Recess and to our surprise, it was very enjoyable! Guilt-free, not too sweet, and includes adaptogens and magnesium to help us relax. I would recommend this for people who don’t like sugary drinks, like us. We love Spindrift and plain sparkling mineral water so this was right up our alley. We will probably try their other flavors after finishing this case. So far, the Grapefruit Tangerine is my favorite.

Soothing for better sleep
I love these. I sleep so well if I have one before bed. Its great to get my mind and body to relax - and they taste good. I know they don't advertise for nightmares, but when I'm trapped in a cycle of really severe nightmares these really help. My nightmares tend to become just bad dreams and after a couple nights in a row it helps break the cycle of severe nightmares.

It was good but I didn’t enjoy the flavors as much as others in the same category. I also found them tasting a bit watery but a lot of fizz
