Are these plain white like elements rice paper?

No... very diff from elements. They're original brown papers like Regular raw.

Would I be getting a sealed box if I buy 50?.

5 years too late! YES! I just ordered a box of each Raw king sized classics (Black & Regular) and both boxes arrived sealed! I’m not sure how someone who ordered fewer packs could accurately answer, but take it from someone who ordered 50!! It comes in a SEALED box!! Also, even though RAW doesn’t “recommend” buying from Amazon bc “occasionally” they’ve found counterfeits, according to their recommendation I tested the Blacks & they were authentic!
