what the difference between bone maximzer 2 and 3

max3 has k1&2 instead of just K2 and it has a bit more vitamin strength.Not a great big difference. They also suggest that you take 6 capsules of MAX 2 and only 3 of MAX 3.We buy MAX 3 because you take 50% less making it a better value.

Are vitamins in this formula natural?

There are some vitamins which are natural and others are synthetic.

450 magnesium oxide/aspartate? why that form? i'm not looking for a laxative.

I would prefer another form also due to the laxative effect. Right now I am only taking two a day and it isn’t too bad. The magnesium citrate I used to take did not cause this, but the magnesium glycinate I tried did.

Does it have soy in it?
