This blender is powerful yet quiet and smooth. In my opinion it is one of the best of its kind, but if you are looking for a better price, do not buy it at. Supplies/equipment for restaurants. Go-Food-service... cause of the bad experience I had to go through with them. I don't recommend it to anyone.
