KidKraft 63443 Rocket Ship Play Set

Took about an hour to construct, but no problems with construction. Lots of little bits to put together, colour matching screw heads etc add to the time. Lovely garage, would recommend, very unique, expensive too but you can tell that you are getting a quality piece of equipment. Also came with more cars than I expected. Bottom part of ramp does not attach, not sure why, maybe it should have a clip at the very least? This is the only niggle. Also be sure you have the room to spare, not tiny but this is what we wanted as an upgrade from the vtech toot toot garage that my 2 year old doesn't play with much anymore. Million times better quality than similar hot wheels garage.

Really pleased with this! Yes it takes an age to build but it’s well crafted and goes together easily, especially liked that the screw heads were painted to blend with the colour of the panels they were fixing. It’s the same height as it’s recipient, my 15 month old son. Yes, according to the packaging he’s very young for it, but he ADORES his sisters doll house and has played with this constantly since Christmas morning, and I’m sure it will grow with him as he begins to use it for imaginative play when he’s older. Right now he loves putting the pirates in the brig and turning the lift wheel, and is very taken by the light up treasure. My nearly 5 year old daughter is enjoying it too when her brother naps, I was a bit hesitant as it’s a huge investment but no regrets so far, the most successful toddler toy of Christmas (narrowly beating Mr Potato Head!)

Bought this item as I knew someone with it already. They said it was great except the lift is very very stiff at going up and down. I thought maybe it was a one off so bought it for my 4 year olds birthday. The item took a while to put together but all well described in the instructions. A very robust item which my 18 month plays with too and stands up against. It’s a very large item too! Only complaint is that the loft on this one too does not freely go up and down. We put a bit of oil on it and this helped slightly but basically plastic runners for the lift are not correct for a wooden runner lift and design needs to be changed really. With two hands and a reasonable amount of force the lift does go up and down but only if you get the angle spot on. For young kids they won’t be able to manage it.

Bought this for my 3 year old as he loves playing with his cousins dolls house. It did take me 3 hours to put together but everything is numbered and straight forward. I was very pleased with its durability, its very sturdy and won't full apart. We'll worth the money, I will have one very happy boy Saturday morning when he gets it for his birthday. Highly recommended for any pirate fan too x

I bought this for my son's birthday. Once I had built most of it I realised that you had sent a duplicate piece and number 26 was missing. I therefore couldn't finish building it for his birthday. Please send the missing piece so that I can finish it. Fantastic quality product and looks great. Thanks.

Got today... Took nearly two hours to assemble. Many many screws and pieces, but all labelled very clearly and easy to follow instructions. If you don't like flat pack it's not the garage for your child.. Birthday boy doesn't get it until next week but I'm sure he'll love it. It's very solid once built. Make sure you build before giving to child not sure any child would like to wait for this to be built... Takes a while!

This play set is amazing! It might look overwhelming at first when you open the box but there are instructions to follow for easy assembly of both: the cove and the ship. My little boy loves it. Thank you for a quick and no hassle delivery.

We got years of use out of this set. Still have all pieces except helicopter pad broke, but it was from use. Great set and stores well in container. 4 years later works great.

Good quality very sturdy my 4 year old loves it and is so excited to play with this! Only took about an hour to put together and all prices were accounted for. We knew this would be much more suitable for our youngster as it doesn't come apart during use like some car tracks. Would recommend.

Love this product and all the different items like the train, plane and helicopter, towns and mountain that comes with it.

Très beau garage je l'ai pris pour sa grande rampe pour faire dévaler les voitures les petits adorent jouer avec, je suis juste un peu déçue que la finition de la rampe en bas ne tienne pas du coup je ne la met pas c'est dommage autrement rien à dire le bois est de très bonne qualité et les couleurs sont belles
