I dearly hope these are truly eco-friendly. U don’t always know if claims are all true. But they’re good products and nice that they come in individual packs to break it up. Trying to just wash more utensils, even plastic, at work (our office has metal detectors) but I don’t feel as guilty when I accidentally throw one away.

Very sturdy.
These knives are very sturdy, and can hold there own against heavy duty plastic knives. The serrated edge makes it easy to cut through meat and fibrous vegetables. The only concern I have is the cost, but I guest it is a small price to pay to help the environment.

No compostable at home, but OK
They are sturdy. But they weren't too happy with my microwaved pizza. And they're not compostable in your backyard. The title is a scam. But they are definitely sturdy for a basic picnic or party.

OK, but expensive
Knife quality & durability seems reasonable for a "plastic" knife. I would not characterize these knives as "large" but are about 7" so that's accurate. Expensive. I wish the packaging was a little better so I don't wonder if I should wash the knives prior to eating with them.
