Smelly capsules that help you sleep
I had previously been using an herbal tincture I got on etsy, but the seller no longer makes it. This was an economical option that had many of the same ingredients. The capsules really stink (I think it's the hops) but they definitely help me get to sleep. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules but even 1 seems to help. I don't take them every night, but my schedule changes a lot from day to day and it helps me get to bed early when I have to be up before dawn the next day. I often take this in conjunction with a low dose (500 mcg) of melatonin.

Probably best to take only occasionally as needed
Excellant but really nothing unique here. There are many other similar products including many I've personally tried that I found equal to this product. The main ingredient Valerian has a particulary offensive odor but I have found these products helpful for occasional mild insomnia over the years. Probably best to take only occasionally as needed. Very economical compared to the doctor/pharmacutical approach.

An extremely useful adjunct to any sleep regimen
This formula is as efficient as some big Pharma formulations. I use it simultaneously with A1 Vitality Herbal Sleep Aid (REVIEW #1) They have changed the formula, and 1 capsule was broken, necessitating the wipe-down of all caps to prevent inhalation of powder. The aroma is different, less 'full bodied' , more 'minty'. The other aroma was preferable IMO. I would never take 2 of these, my previously mentioned regimen works as well as 5 mgs (1/2 tablet of Ambien). I will continue to use this product if the formula is not off, but I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED BEING INFORMED THAT THIS WAS A NEW FORMULA. (Caps for emphasis) Otherwise I might have considered 5 stars, as it is (was) a good ingredient mix. (REVIEW #2)

THIS WORKS!
I have had SEVERE insomnia for many years. This product has helped me get some good, sound sleep from day one! I don't like that the capsules are so big and the smell is awful, but that is a small price to pay for some good sleep. I will be repurchasing!
