Soft, sweet and very filling.
These snacks are very crumbly, so it's hard to keep them together. They taste really good, fairly sweet and a bit coconutty. They're very filling, and I don't get hungry for a good while after, which makes them a lot better than other snacks. Much better than crisps or biscuits! They also taste like actual food, not some sort of 'health bar', which is why I keep going back to them.
