Excellent book!
Must have for any HVAC technician

This text book is everything it claims to be and more. The more comes from the fact it starts at basics of various disciplines that can be related to HVAC work and eventually gets to actual HVAC instruction. I was interested in learning about specific parts of the HVAC system which are covered in detail in this work, but skimmed over things that did not concern me as I am not attempting to become fully accredited, just knowledgeable. I would recommend this book to anyone wishing a further or full understanding of how these systems work.

Best book on the market.
If you are a technician who wants to get better out in the field then this is the book for you. Oh yes there are other text books out there, I have read most of them and I can tell you that this book offers more practical knowledge with a blend of theory than any other book I have ever read on HVAC.

The Bible. None better I've crossed in my humble 15+ year journey.
First introduced to the textbook in 2008 by Mr. Joseph Owens (AV College) who was a publisher reviewer and RSES chapter president. 15+ years into an amazing career and I still pull it out for references, only now I have the newest edition.

Very good and very thorough. This book has very foundational principles on a myriad of different HVAC related areas. A good reference book if nothing else.

If you want answers on anything related to HVACR, buy this book.
I love this book. I bought it when I started class on HVAC-R and eventually this book became the reference for my employer. This book is the encyclopedia for HVACR. With this book I was able to fully understand concepts in the refrigeration world and this book is considered "the bible" to some in the industry. Just be prepared to read, it's thick and detailed.

Came in time frame and was in condition described.

My book came with water damage
I was not totally impressed with the water damage (first 1/4th) of the book. Its does NOT prevent me from reading or accessing the materials, so that is a bonus. THIS book however is great!
