By far my favorite lipgloss in the world! A coworker bought this lipgloss for me for my birthday a long time ago and I never looked back. Everyone knows I’m the queen of lipgloss and I have tried every brand. I have found ones I’ve liked in the past, but nothing compares to this one! Buy it now. Thank me later!

Definitely not given enough credit. Works better than most high end plumpers that I’ve used.

Initial application has a beautiful color and mild tingling effect, but it leaves only glitter when dries down.

Forever my favorite lip gloss. Not too thick and drying. The plumping sensation isn’t too much. Nice and moisturizing. I’ve tried thousands of lip glosses and will always come back to this one. Recommend it a thousand times over.

Weird color and very drying

What should you know about this product? It’s worth every penny! (And the “tingle” is easy to get used to— even enjoyable after a while. Like you know it’s working.) It smells like raspberry, mango and/or peach. (Just a yummy fruit combo.) I bought their fruit fetish lip oil in Passionfruit Coconut at the same time as my first tube (yes, I’m on number three now, I think) of this product and it smells better and a little stronger than the oil. This is from sniffing the tube or wand, you won’t smell any crazy fruit smells after applying. (It’s mango, it contains mango butter.) Speaking of applying, it has a great doe foot applicator. It’s not one of those super skinny ones, nor one that looks like a flocked spoon. It’s “oversized” but just right. And it has one of those built-in “scrapers” to keep the doe foot from coming out with way too much product on it. It contains fruit seed oils and you can tell from both the smell and the way that your lips will feel for hours after applying. Even longer if you continue using it daily. I went from picking at my pitiful lips to having them be so smooth and moisturized that there are no dry edges to get a hold of. (Now back to the big stuff!) It is important to use it daily. While it contains chili extract (capsicum) for instant plumping, it also contains the industry standard 1% Maxi-Lip found in much more expensive products. This peptide (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1) in a moisturizing base has been proven to give you long-term structural benefits after 28 days of exposure. It strengthens the cellular matrix of your lips, increasing density and giving you a naturally fuller and more defined look. It also stimulates the natural synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycans (sugar molecules that bind water) even hyaluronic acid. (I really wish I had taken pics and highly recommend that you do!) So between the heavy hitting moisture in this formula, the hyaluronic filling spheres, the lovely shine and the chili extract, you’re getting an instant boost in the appearance of your lips. But it’s not just for immediate looks. It’s an impressive (to me) lip gloss with benefits on benefits! It is a “balm” lip gloss so I can’t say that it’s completely “non-sticky” but it feels more like a cushion effect than a goopy, thick gloss like some pout preserving products. And it’s a lot easier to control via the applicator. Hate a thick gloss? You can apply a thin layer. And it does sink in! The only reason that I didn’t give this five stars is because of the visually tricky packaging. It comes in what appears to be a rather large tube, at least an inch+ taller and wider than their award-winning fruit fetish lip oils. But it contains only a half ml more of product. 0.135oz/4ml of oil to 0.148-0.15/4.5ml of Balmshell Maxxx plumper. I know it’s not a difference even worth mentioning to some. But perhaps because the plumper is thicker? I find that with repeated applications on a daily basis, I can “burn” (haha- it tingles) through a tube of it in about a month or so. Definitely not stopping me from buying it and I don’t think it should stop you either! Sorry for the jumbled text, I had to go get mine to smell it and put it on mid-typing lol. Remember, like everything else skin-, hair- and health-related, consistency is key if you want the long-term benefits. Hope this helps someone!
