Great product
Overall incredible product it can range from aiding a tiny bit grip wise (1 spray) or entirely glueing you to whatever surface you’re grabbing ( a few sprays each hand) Don’t listen to the guy that sais “it goes slick and slippery” it’s a liquid. It has to dry. Give it a minute or two.

Fantastic but good luck washing it off
This is essentially tree sap. Most people that went to primary school will know that tree sap is sticky. And it’s very hard to get off. This product takes full advance of this, blends it well and makes it so you get the best grip I’ve ever tried. Yet you don’t have an issue releasing what you’re holding. But nothing is sliding out of your hand. My only issue with it is that it’s still hard to wash off. After many tries I eventually found pure washing up liquid did the trick. Normal hand soap didn’t do much at all. So the main part of this is the good blend. They done well here and I’m happy with it.

I expected to hate it
I have used these before for pole and I have always found that they don't work. What I normally experience is a moment of grip, followed by a rough sharp slide and regrip. So when I used this I prepared myself to slip. I didn't. Well that's not technically true, I skipped once when I didn't give it long enough before gripping. For best use when you spray it on your hands or leg it goes on sticky. Wait a good minute before using the pole. If you don't you get that stick unstick I mentioned. If you wait however, the grip is amazing I felt confident with the moves. The downside is it doesn't last a really long time and it does leave a residue on the pole. However it cleans off really easily

Grip Spray
I dont like this grip spray, I thought it would dry to feel powdery, but it doesn't. It's basically an adhesive spray. It leaves a sticky tac residue on the hands once it's dried, which takes some many rounds of soapy washing to get it off. In the end, I had to use some glue adhesive removal oil spray to get rid of the remaining residue after washing my hands 3 times with soap. It's just hard getting it off. It will help to grip better as advertised. It's just not nice. It's also missing an ingredients list, so who knows exactly what it's made from?... We don't! However we can giess that it has pine sap, pollen and denatured alcohol as it states to not it of you have an allergy to those things, it also advises to do a skin patch test 24 hours before use. Ot also warns to keep away from eyes, that it's for external use only, keep out of reach of children and to avoide contact with broken skin on the label, too. It's just not worth it, especially being as it's selling at the current inflated cost at £13.99. I will likely use it as an adhesive spray to glue down some floor tiles or something to not waste it, as I shall not be using it on my hands for gripping bars ever again.

Tried this for a different usage
We play netball on courts that tend to be really slippy so I got this spray to test putting it on the sole of my trainers before I play. It was a bit tacky so did well at first but unfortunately didn't last very long before it wore away and my trainers were slipping on the surface again.

The spray work decent for my hands. I wrapped my forearms with tap. It didn't work on the tap. Overall good product. Keep in mind I a beginner in strongman.

Works as expected, did it's work perfectly

As soon as you put the tacky on, it dries and your hands actually become very slick. It’s a poor product and a disappointment.
