Excellent all you need system. Solar charging working well but you should expect to recharge from other sources on darkest season if camera on busy area. Inside unit is simple use and clear enough for my purposes.Camera network signal is strong and good for my yard being 30 m long.One of the cameras stopped working but the support was quick and excellent to replace faulty unit.Storage is more than enough, easy to setup and sturdy build system. Good add on for home security with good price.

The camera system works great. Very easy to install and set up. Works very reliably as well we haven't had issues in the 6 months we've used the system for. Night vision works very good you can see a lot of detail in low light situations. The software is very intuitive and robust. Any questions we had were answered quickly by the customer service team. Overall very happy with the experience.

Out of the box, I loved this product. Easy to set up, great picture quality, strong signal etc. Then, after just under an hour, the 12v 2amp power unit to the NVR failed. I tested the NVR itself by using one of the camera power units and it booted up quite happily (though indicating there was no storage facility because the 1amp plug couldn't run the hard drive). The NVR itself was therefore OK.So, I set up a return and replacement from Amazon. As ever, a highly efficient process, and the second Hiseeu kit turned up the following day. Great again, straight out of the box; for 45 minutes. At this point exactly the same fault as on kit #1 - the 12v 2amp power supply to the NVR failed again.Thinking it MUST be something I was doing, I contacted Hiseeu - twice, actually; Johnny & Jason. And yes. it was acknowledged in both cases the power units had failed. They kindly offered to send me a replacement, but having been bitten twice in 48 hours by the same fault, I'd lost confidence in the product.It may well be the problem is only in the batch/shipment from which my two kits came; that I can't know. But both have now been returned for a refund, and I've invested in an alternative kit - not Hiessu! I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
