is only 1 tablet ok to take for instant immunity?

I took one a day. Didn't get a flu shot this year and hoped this would give me some added protection. Didn't get a cold or flu this winter, so something helped!

is there any vitamins that you need to take separately thats not included in the capsules?

Yes this has just a very small amount of vitamin C 30 milligrams and vitamin E 30 IU so you would definitely need to supplement with a good multiple or whatever you were trying to accomplish with your immune system A,C,E,zinc and selenium are all very helpful
