Excellent choice for our needs
It is good control panel with all required features.

Product technology and function is excellent, but build quality needs improvement.
I purchased this control panel for use with a 1.5 HP motor. While the product functions excellently and meets my technical expectations, the build quality was disappointing. The stop button wire was broken, and the panel lock was damaged upon arrival, both of which I had to fix myself using super glue. Surprisingly, the unit even had a QC sticker, which makes the issues with the fit and finish even more frustrating. Despite these setbacks, once I addressed the problems, the control panel has been working great and performs as expected.

Product not working like mentioned in the starter Dry Run protection and over load, Technician visited and was unable to resolve the issue, worst customer support from Crompton

Worth for money.
Don't Look for other products. It's full featured with best price. You can't get over load, under load protection, timer facility in other branded with this budget. Same features available other brand starter cost is very high( I mean Branded one)

Seems it won't support fully automatic waterlevel controller.
I purchased the Crompton Armor 1.5 DSU starter. It seems to have limited support for fully automatic water level controllers (my electrician said it won't support) any suggestions please,. The packaging was not great, and the capacitor buttons were loose and shaky. However, my electrician tightened them, and after installation, the product is working fine.
