after replacement I got better one..at first it worked well but after few months it was not working properly I talked with Amazon team they said these product doesn't have warranty from their side...then I contacted pigeon team they never came for service and it never got repaired.

Good rice cooker worst Customer support
After a long research we zeroed in and bought this. And found quite useful and for a family of four this just adequate. Very easy thing use and clean and value for money. In 1.8 litres rice cooker you can go for it. I only made less of one star is the seller sometimes misses the order and neither seller nor Amazon provide good customer support. In fact I found Amazon customer support more like escapism and when I checked for missing order their solution is cancel the order and buy again not even bothered to check with seller. And Amazon is it by design that you created your customer support that we cannot actually call you anyway?
