Easy to use, works brilliantly
I had a shallow cake that needed to be cut into layers. I would have broken the cake if I'd have used a knife like I normally do. This came quickly and did the job.

Filo tagliatorte
Comodo attrezzo ad un prezzo contenuto. Sui lati ha dei dentini per la regolazione dell'altezza del filo e oer tagliare basta avvicinarsi alla torta e fare il movimento a seghetto, con poca pressione e tenendo i piedini appoggiati al piano di lavoro viene facilmente fuori un bel taglio preciso. Ho trovato comoda l'impugnatura superiore (ne ho usato uno senza e ho notato la differenza in termini di manegevolezza). Il filo non è liscio ma zigrinato, usato per pan di spagna o basi di buona consistenza dà ottimi risultati, l'ho usato per fare la torta a scacchiera e ho ottenuto fette tutte uguali, perfetto. Ho letto che qualcuno non si era trovato bene per il panettone gastronomico,forse in quel caso la pasta è troppo morbida e potrebbe sbriciolare. Per me consigliato anche considerando il prezzo poco superiore a 3 euro
