Well made and very compact. I bought the red zip pouch pro and is nice looking. I was able to fit my OLIGHT 13T into the front pouch, but anymore in the pockets will make it bulge when carried in a hip pocket. I like the FARADAY Cage built in for my cards. i am happy with it, but it is small and will not carry a lot.

This is my second Alpaka Zip Pouch! My first one was the original Alpaka Zip Pouch in white VX fabric when they still made white ones. It was exactly what I wanted it when I was searching for a wallet and I still believe that to this day. After 3 years, the fabric held up wonderfully but the white VX fabric got dirty. I didn't mind the stains but Alpaka released the Alpaka Zip Pouch Pro and it basically made the Zip Pouch BETTER! So I figured it's time for an upgrade! The craftsmanship is wonderful. After using my original Zip Pouch for 3 years, not a single stitch was undone, not a single hole. Everything is made very well and you can tell when you hold it. The durability is some of the best I've seen for a non-cordura or non-leather product. No stitch was undone and no holes were formed from abrasion. In fact, my original Zip Pouch held up so well that I'm repurposing it after buying the Zip Pouch Pro. The quality of material is EXCELLENT. I absolutely LOVE VX fabric (x-pac). If you're not familiar with x-pac - LOOK IT UP! It's great. The Zip Pouch and Zip Pouch Pro is made using VX fabric with waterproof ykk zippers and hyperlon zip pulls. All of these materials FEELS premium especially when used on bags, pouches, etc. Trust me, I own MANY different bags and pouches - in fact, I am a huge fan of Mission Workshop (have their $600 backpack coming in the mail!) and they use similar materials. However, they are EXPENSIVE so for Alpaka to use the SAME materials as another company offering $500+ products for a fraction of the price should tell you everything you need to know about Alpaka's quality of materials. The Zip Pouch Pro and many of their other models is an amazing product and I will continue to keep buying it as my main wallet. Like I said, this si my SECOND zip pouch and I bought it to replace my previous zip pouch simply because I wanted what the pro version had to offer.

I recently purchased this wallet sized pouch to carry my EDC. I was previously using a Maxpedition Micro and found too bulky when wearing Jeans. Enter the Alpaka Zip Pro Pouch. This pouch is perfect for those looking to have a few EDC essentials on them at all times. I found the size and form factor to be spacious enough to carry everything while minimalist enough to eliminate the "Prepper Pocket Bulge". Stitching looks good, and fabric appears durable. The main interior pocket is high vis-orange, which is nice for small items. My only critique of the product is the zipper pulls. They are small pieces of leather riveted with a black rivet. I found them very small and question the longevity of the pull. I will most likely be swapping the zipper pulls out with a rip cord material with shrink tube. Overall 9.5 out of 10 and well worth the investment.

I really like how slim this wallet is with still being able to carry a couple EDC items on the outside. The x-pac material and build quality make it feel very premium and I have confidence it will last a long time, I also really like that it’s waterproof for the occasions when you get stuck in the rain with it in your pocket. I like the amount of organization while still being able to keep a relatively flat profile. In the 2 zipper compartments I put my cards and cash which fit nicely, especially with the separation in the main compartment that kept them nice and organized. I like how the inside is orange which makes it easy to see the stuff inside. In the front 2 pockets I put my Fisher space pen and CJRB Pyrite Light pocket knife, both of which fit very well. I would have liked to put my Olight Baton 4 in the 3rd pocket but sadly it was too thick, this is really my only gripe, I’m sure I’ll find something thinner to put in it eventually. All in all I really liked how the pouch kept its slim profile even after being loaded up with stuff which is the main reason I got it over other EDC pouches as I don’t like having fat pockets. Just know this comes with the limitation that you can’t put things that are too thick into the pockets, although you can get a bit more leeway depending on how much stuff you put in the zipper pockets. TL;DR a great little EDC wallet/pouch with some excellent features for the price. Great build quality and materials. Nice and slim when filled with stuff but the pockets can be tight.

Picked this up on sale to give it a try and replace my existing wallet. A bit disappointed. The construction is great, thick quality material, good zippers, strong stitching. If you're going to use the two zip pockets by themselves then this makes for a good wallet. But as others have pointed out if you try to use the slide-in pockets for things like pens, flashlights, knives, etc. it renders the wallet pretty much unusable. The problem is there's no give to the slide pockets and they deform the whole wallet making it difficult to get into the zip sections and very difficult to get contents out at that point. Not sure if leaving items in the slide pockets over time will stretch the material out on a new wallet, the fabric seems sturdy with not much give. As far as using it as just a wallet it's a bit oversized for just a few cards and cash, much larger than my existing wallet. So I'm leaving it on a shelf for now stuffed up with some tools in hopes that when I re-visit it in a few weeks the material has more give. Otherwise I'll just use it as an organizer pouch and throw it in my backpack. My advice to Alpaka is to use more material for the slide-in pouches or something with more give to it. As is, I can't recommend the Zip Pouch Pro, and certainly not at full price.

Ho acquistato questo pouch perchè volevo un portafoglio compatto, per portare con me carte di credito, contanti, qualche moneta e qualche edc come un piccolo multitool, una torcia e una penna. Ero indeciso tra lo zip pouch e lo zip pouch pro per le taschine esterne, alle fine ho scelto lo zip pouch pro che uso come uno zip pouch, ma esteticamente mi piace di più, le taschine gli danno più carattere. Mi spiego non uso le tasche laterali , neppure per il multitool, torcia e penna. Il perchè è presto detto, se si occupano le taschine esterne diventa molto difficile usare le tasche con zip e inoltre lo trovo scomodo a livello di tascabilità, e non tutti i multitool hanno una clip. Penso vada presa in parola la sua destinazione d'uso, è un pouch, non è un wallet (borsellino). E' comodo per portare con se alcune cose che si usano poco o forse nulla, ad esempio io pago con lo smartwatch, però in rari casi capita di usare monete, contanti, come raro è l uso del multitool o della torcia. Il materiale è di ottima qualità, l'ho messo a confronto con una pouch da pochi euro presa altro sito, e non c'è paragone, il materiale dell'alpaka è molto più robusto, anche l'altro è xpac, è impermeabile in effetti, magari sarà qualche modello inferiore, inoltre per quanto piu piccolo trovo l'alpaka più comodo e proporzionato. In definitiva ne sono soddisfatto, i suoi pregi sono l 'estetica e la portabiltà, tuttavia se riempito con alcune cose di spessore diventa scomodo ma non impossibile estrarre carte, contanti e ancor di più le monete, nessun problema invece per gli oggetti che sono più facili da afferrare (multitool ecc). Alcuni potrebbero obiettare che non è decisamente economico, è vero, però è un prodotto di nicchia con buoni materiali, per quanto mi riguarda anche buona assistenza clienti, ho chiesto info prima dell'acquisto e mi han risposto subito. Prima di questo ho preso vari prodotti all'apparenza simili non solo quello in foto comparativa, ora sono tutti in una scatola, per un motivo o per l'altro non mi hanno mai soddisfatto. Alla fine è un prodotto che si compra una volta ogni tot anni, che avrò con me tutti i giorni, è costoso si , ma ne sono soddisfatto per estetica, materiali e funzionalità. Penso che sia un prodotto che va capito prima dell'acquisto, inutile lamentarsi dopo che è piccolo o costoso, prezzo e dimensioni sono evidenti già da prima dell'acquisto

Una cartera o Pouch genial para su uso diario, caben varias tarjetas, billetes y monedas, ademas de los bolsillos externos donde puedes poner una navaja de bolsillo, una mini lampara y hasta un lapicero u objetos pequeños que desees llevar en tu vida diaria, es repelente al agua, y cabe perfectamente en la bolsa del pantalón sin estorbar, ocupa menos espacio que una cartera regular. Los materiales son de buena calidad, los cierres se ven duraderos una buena compra por su precio.

I've been looking for a compact edc wallet with rfid shielding. This wallet seems to be exactly what I am looking for for with enough room for a few cards, cash torch and pen. The build quality seems to be excellent so I think it will serve me for many years. I like day glow orange colour. None of pictures capture how vivid the colour actually is.
