I play in a function band , we have 4 x rotating head lights but was looking for a change. Saw this unit and read some of its reviews. We used it last night I must say it’s a great unit bright with good patterns easy to set up and it comes with a remote control. We used it on a few setting . Beware of the pure white strobe setting not for anyone with health issues. We used it on the sound to light setting so when stopped playing the turned off as well we started playing again the light came back on. To get the best effect we put on stand higher above the stage at the back pointing down to the dance floor. Great little unit for the price. How long will it last …..don’t know that answer. Used this in my room a couple of times before I used it at an event! The crowd absolutely loved it! The remote is easy to use and there are several modes to cycle through when you press a button a few times. In the video I have attached, the voice mode is being used and it perfectly syncs with the music. I need to try out the DMX options as it also comes with a leaflet which describes the various DMX channels that are used. Will probably buy another so I can link them up for some amazing light shows in the future! 5/5

I've yet to really explore everything this light can do. So far I've just used the music activated mode which works well. I've had two parties now using mainstream pop and the light rises and falls to the music perfectly. It goes off completely when the music stops which i like. As per the advertising you need a smoke filled room to get the best out of all the effects. What I would say is two of these on a cheap stand will really make your event shine and it works out cheaper than a Chauvet gig Bar too. One is ok but I recommend two for a 40m x 80m venue.

Very good and bright lights, so good I got 4 of them, would be 5 stars but my smoke Machine remote also turns them off

Used this a few times now for at home front room parties and the effects are quite good, has plenty of options for various light effects but you will probably just select one and leave it on that..The marquee lights (the long lights down the sides) are not that effective though, you cant really tell when they are on.

I actually use this as a sensory light for my daughter! I've ofcourse used it for its intended purposes with music on, although the audience was off the stuffed teddy bear kind, they seemed to love it! It's really bright, throws a lot of light quite far, sound 2 light is excellent, I've not tried the dmx Probably worth noting, that most of the good presets use the strobe light, of which I was there was a way to disable (I'm sure you could do it with dmx, but that's an additional expense etc)

Cant believe how good these are for the price . Remote works well. I bought 2 and on the t bar they look excellent. Had so many comments on how good my lights look!. Dont hold back grab a bargain

Not sure why the good reviews, this product is poor at best and nowhere near worth the £70+ price tag. Lights are dim and it has to almost sit on the speaker for the sound activation to work. The videos on the advert are nothing like what you will see in your disco. Build quality is also very poor Don’t waste your money and don’t take any notice of the positive reviews. Not sure what product they purchased but it was not this item.
