This pack has three foam shapes which are quite thick and soft. You get a pack of small Velcro ovals with adhesive on the back to attach them to the inside of your helmet. The dots are quite good at sticking, but you really need to clean the inside of your headgear thoroughly for them to stick better than the Velcro on the other side. You can just stick them to the new foam pads and they may well then attach to the inside of the padding in your headgear better. Certainly made my riding helmet more comfortable and has stayed in place for a few rides without issue.

These pads are severely over priced considering they fall apart within weeks!.. I've been using these for a few weeks to months and after each use I carefully hand wash. Half of them have now lost their sticking material so I have to hope they will stay in place when I put the helmet on. Absolute trash and overpriced.

the padding fits my helmet perfect and is comfortable. i will be buying again. it saves me buying a new helmet.

I found these pads to be very comfortable to use in my cycle helmet. The sticky patches are small but very sticky, and the other side is a velcro-type surface, so the padding sticks to the patches but can be adjusted easily. I think it would be easy enough to cut the padding to fit around helmet straps etc. if necessary. The padding is supportive, but soft enough to be comfortable on your head. A good product in my opinion.
