ALPAKA Zip Pouch, Slim Wallet for Men, RFID Blocking Wallet, Black X-Pac

This is a tiny but brilliant little pouch that fits perfectly and unobtrusively in a pocket or slips into the valuables pocket of a rucksack or a small sling bag. I use mine as an everyday carry for pretty much everything I might need when on a typical day out. I have chosen carefully what to put in it and have assembled a very versatile little kit. Inside it contains a Rovyvon A8 torch, Leatherman micra multitool, a very small EDC ball pen, plasters, steri-strips, fresnel magnifier card, cable ties, a tiny tin of essential medication, such as paracetamol and decongestant and finally a couple of antibacterial wipes. I like the little loop label inside, which the pen fits perfectly and the zips which feel good quality and like they will last and are easy to use due to tough pull tags. The divider inside is very useful for organisation and separates my tools from the flatter objects. Just be aware that it is small and it won’t fit things like standard-sized or even slightly smaller pens.

After years of using a ridge wallet (which I loved) I decided to try something different. The alpaka zip pouch has enough room in the main pocket for all my cards and still easy to find the one I want by having them split with the divider inside. The outer zip pocket has enough room for a folded bank note and a few coins, which enough for hat I need as I rarely use cash. The pouch itself is well made and feels light, added feature of the rfid is one feature I was looking for however not tested.

This is quite versatile for a small pouch & very useful. Two pockets , the larger one has a division in it making it even more handy.

Compact and tough material. However due to the zips thickness/ length it doesn't open very wide, so a bit fiddly to get cards and money out easily.

I initially bought the Alpaka Zip pouch for a long trip abroad as I liked the idea of having a dedicated weatherproof(ish) for local currency and other odd items. However I found myself using any time I was leaving the house throwing it in my backpack or car with whatever items I needed for the day. Its a great little organisation pouch and I really like the materials. The smaller zip can be a little tight for cards but I have been using it for more EDC items than a wallet.

Quede muy contento con el material del Zip Pouch, es muy resistente y de buena calidad. El color verde tambien es muy vistoso y el anaranajdo interno va muy bien con el color externo. Los cierres son contra agua y de excelente caliad. En cuanto al tamaño, definitivamente puedes introducir ahi tus tarjetas de credito que siempre usas, tambien puedes llevar monedas. Yo aun no decido como utilizarlo, si para monedas o para mis tarjetas de credito o inclusive estoy pensando utilizarlo para meter mis tarjetas de las camaras o algunas otras. Yo lo compre para un viaje a canada y fue muy practico llevarlo conmigo, no ocupa mucho espacio en bolso del pantalon o en tu sling bag.

Great minimal edc pouch. Seems to be quite durable.

*7th month review* I've had this pouch wallet for several months now. It's held up incredibly well. The only bit of wear is some of the paint on the d rings, and the actual zipper base itself is starting to wear. Other than that the fabric looks basically brand new and has held up incredibly well to daily use. No fraying of the seams or stitching noted yet. The fabric is quite stiff at first, but it stretches a bit as time goes on. Making it slightly more roomy. I find that the main compartment is excellent for cards and the occasional folded bill. The internal divider allows me to distinguish between frequently used cards and less frequently used cards. One thing to note though: if you don't keep your cards organized in the wallet, you might find yourself flipping through them to try and find the right one when at the till; it's slightly annoying. The side pocket is excellent for small EDC gear or coins. This is unironically probably one of the best wallets I've ever had. It has allowed me to upgrade my daily carry routine, and I definitely will be buying one of these wallets again in the future.

Very handy. Compact and functional which is what I was looking for. The security features are a bonus, not something I ever really worry about but the mesh is good. The big issue when travelling for me is having stuff organised so you don't lose it or have it fall out & this is very much the case with cash. A functional, utilitarian pouch for cash that doesn't bloat your day to day carry is what is needed and tge zip just makes sure the cash that is put in, stays in. If anything, maybe a cm larger as I'm finding that ATMs dispense wads of foreign currency that can easily push the limits on this pouch. But a handy tool either way, easy to just slot into a smaller day pack ( or in my case) camera bag
