Did any one lose weight ?

I've taken the amino acid L-Glutamine post workouts to aid muscle recovery and growth. So my focus has been on weight GAIN. However, L-Glutamine also increases insulin sensitivity, so I guess it can be useful in weight LOSS by reducing blood sugar levels and fat storage.

Why does the ingredient photo list 2000 mg. when the top of this page says 1000 mg.?

I think it is 1000 mg per pill and serving size is 2 pills which would make it 2000 mg. Sorry it took so long to answer.

Why my pills came in two colors? Yellow and white??

I have only used the powder form, white powder.

How many grams per pill ?

1000mg= 1 gram. I think they do this so you feel like you’re getting “1000” as opposed to just 1 hahahahaha
