First and foremost : by buying this console you are engaging in receipt of stolen property which is a federal crime. The fact that Amazon still sells those things is already mind boggling. The manufacturer of this "console" does not, absolutely not, have a licence to resell any of the games included in this product, nor does it have any licence to the software that even runs the game. Second, the hardware powering this thing is underpowered and overall terrible. There are dozens of better systems out there, many of them handhelds, that will be cheaper and not much more complicated to use granted that one can read and follow a step by step guide. The people selling this console, and every single similar one that boasts to include thousands of retro games, are scummy at best, seasoned criminals at worst. Do not give them your money. Stay away from this piece of trash.

It was a pain in the ass to download the games. It was slow to download. Sometimes it wouldn't even load.

While it does have many games some are just the same game from a different region. I think this is a solid value plug-and-play retro system.

Fantastic! After seeing quite a few one- and two-star ratings, I was uneasy. Not sure what those folks expected...it couldn't be easier to plug and play and the platform is really well organized to get from system to system. There are so many options it's wild: Atari, Intellivision, Amiga, Commodore 64, NES, PS, Gameboy, older pc games, Super Nintendo, tons of arcade classics, Sega Genesis, etc etc with N64 probably being the most modern. Not all the games map perfectly to the Playstation-style controllers, but you can create custom controller maps for any game you're really keen on (it's easy to do). The ability to save any game at the exact point you hit "save" is a huge plus, especially since you couldn't do that on the original consoles. MarioKart 64 was a key reason we bought this retro console as opposed to others and it runs perfectly! I've also tried some "Flashback" machines over the years and sometimes those feel a bit cheap/altered, especially with sound effects. On this KinHank system the sounds and graphics are perfect emulations. Only negative is a few of the older console games (like Intellivision, which I'm a huge fan of) do a double-click type action that is unhelpful in gameplay, but that's the only knock. Every post-1990 game we've played (lots of NES, Genesis, N64) has worked perfectly. Tons of fun!

Had to buy UK adapter

Listed as 100 000 plus games, but only 72 000 loaded, many of those being double ups across multiple languages or regions which is a big difference to the listing description. Haven't played everything of course but what we have had a go of at least two games froze up (needing a full off on reset) and some are unplayable with the controller (haven't tried to attach a keyboard) meaning thousands less actually work then advised. Images are ok on a large screen, controllers are very cheap and nasty but work ok. The machine will not go back to the main menu so to change games you have to do a full off on reset and wait for the load up and search games again kind of makes the remote pointless. I don't feel like it was worth anything near the price but overall it is an OK set up for some nostalgia.

Great item a lot of fun, brings back the memories of old.
