I just removed these darling dipping bowls from my dishwasher for the first time. They came out beautiful. I wash them on the top rack, quick wash. I love these blue and white classic Japanese styled bowls. They remind me of the cups used in Japanese restaurants to serve tea. They are perfect for dips and small snacks. This was a great value for a nice set of six. These would make fun miniature dishes for candy, finger snacks for little ones, or to hold jewelry on a pretty wooden dresser. I ordered a similar box of another variety of six dipping dishes that arrive the same day. This brand has a thicker ceramic material. They appear to hold up well, hopefully will be resistant to chipping. And I love how they stack nicely together, takes up very little space in the cabinet.

These little dishes are perfect for individual small desserts. The porcelain is beautiful. I had purchased silicone molds to make individual square and round desserts, like no bake cheese cakes, panna cotta and chocolate moose etc.. One of my clients typically has 20 - 25 guests for holiday dinners. When I can I provide some elements of that dinner. Usually appetizers or desserts . These beautiful small dishes are great for those. I picked up 30 of them (5/packs of 6) They are beautifully packed and every one is in perfect condition. For those who need to know, the flat part inside the dish measures 2 3/8" across. Each dish will have it's own small spoon or fork along side the dessert. For the cost of less than $1.60 each, these are quite a deal.

I was on the fence with this purchase, but I’m really glad I went ahead. I like to have clean bowls for the cats to eat from, and with a lot of cats around here, that means a lot of bowls. I’ve tried of variety of things for wet food, including disposable bowls, and I haven’t really been happy with anything, but these might be just the ticket. They were a little dubious about these bowls, but both of the cats in the picture ate out of them with no hesitation once they figured out what these were for. No whisker stress with these because their whiskers cleared the edges with no problem. They are sufficiently shallow to make it easy for them to reach the food, but large enough to hold a portion of wet food, at least for everyone except the big orange chonk. I could not tell from the pictures for these were going to be really frail and thin, and that was one of my concerns, but they actually feel quite sturdy. I wanted something dishwasher safe and microwave safe in case I needed to warm food up for one of these pampered darlings. Also, let’s face it, cat people tend towards more of an elegant aesthetic, and we generally appreciate things that are utilitarian, versatile, but also lovely in their own behalf. These are half the price of the bowls that are sold as cat food dishes, and they may even work out better. I will update if I have anything useful to add, but so far I’m very pleased. One of the cats just picked up the brush and carried it over here so you’ll excuse me. I have been summoned.

Really nice size and quality. I enjoy these as sauce dishes as well as to keep some things contained on a charcuterie board. They are actually bigger than I was expecting. Fine in the dishwasher.
