My mouse software for this has stopped being able to launch, does anyone have any ideas? I'm on Windows 10, up to date and was using driver 5.0.3.0.0.

Use the compatibility feature and reset it to W7 unless of course there is a specific updated W10 version. The other thing that could stop it is if your cale to the mouse is damaged or windows has turned off the usb port that it is connected to.

Hi folks, just returned the wireless version as kept losing the signal of the trackball. Anyone noticed any issues with the wired version?

Hi Joanne, Both my wife and I have used these trackballs for both office WFH and gaming for many years. In all that time we have never had any issue with loss of signal. Other than wearing one out a few years ago, so I now always keep a spare, I would recommend these trackballs to anyone they are comfortable and easily programable to fit your needs.

Is this compatible with Windows 7? And how about Linux?
