Osmo 3029 1 Litre Liquid Wax Cleaner - Clear

This is a brilliant product for restoring the look of parquet floors. It obviously doesn't fill holes or scratches but it does even out the colour and appearance of the wood so such marks are not as noticeable. It is easy to apply. After vacuuming the floor, I scrubbed the wax into into the joints around each tile in an area roughly 75cm x 75cm using an old toothbrush, then rubbed this "joint" wax along the grain of each tile using the abrasive side of a kitchen sponge. I removed stubborn stains and paint splashes with a stainless steel scourer and/or a wallpaper scraper. Any areas that appeared dry were given extra wax. I left each area for about 30 minutes, then polished it with a cloth to remove any excess wax. I have now used the product on 2 floors both of which look amazing.

Have used for many years on oak flooring that had been treated with OSMO wax sealant. A great product for cleaning and protecting the flooring.

A very good product.Easy to apply and does what it says. My only dislike was that it dried to a duller finish than I expected. Dried pretty quickly though.

Wow this stuff is brilliant used it on my brushed oiled engineered wood floor and it has totally revived it it looks new again delighted you only need a small amount Well worth the money

Following much internal building, dust raising, work, this product brought up the quality of the oak flooring beautifully. A wonderful product, well worth the money. My only concern was that the advertisement made it clear that the product was kind to pets, but when the tin arrived, the relevant label was missing, and there was no similar assurance elsewhere on the tin. I wasn't therefore any longer sure whether the product was safe for animals. Perhaps the manufacturers might care to comment on why the label was no longer to be found on the tin? The floor dried very quickly, and so I have not deducted a star for the quality of the product; but my concern remains.

When we refinished our wood floors, I swore that I'd never do it again. It's a giant pain moving everything out of the house, and expensive to have professionals sand down the old floor and refinish. I studied up on the options, and choose OSMO finish. It's been four years, and I'm so happy with my choice! The thing with OSMO is that it's a matte finish. I like a little shine. I had read that the floors could be buffed, so I did- by hand. Yuck. I tried this cleaner/wax and it didn't really look much different after using, so I did a bit of experimenting. I tried using different pads to apply, and different buffing methods. I had good luck using very fine steel wool to buff it into the floor, then I used an auto buffer to shine the floors after the product was completely dry. This was very labor intensive, but looked good. I finally got smart and purchased a $100 floor cleaner/buffer here on amazon. I use it along with this OSMO liquid wax cleaner. My floors look amazing. They have a nice satin sheen that repels liquids and looks great. I can go over the floors with just the buffer if I want to revive the shine. I recoat the floors once per year with the liquid wax cleaner, just to make sure that they stay protected. It's super easy with the power buffer. I'll never have to refinish the entire floor again because there is nothing on them to wear off. They look as good, actually better than when they were first refinished, and I'm using a product that won't make me or my family sick. I'm a total OSMO fan!

Very good product. Protect well wood floor against small water drop, and keep the wood moisturized. I use this product over 5y now, and very happy. Need to be applied every 3/4 months I would say. I guess it depends on the wood.
