Super helpful for critical circuits
I now have two of these for outdoor circuits that power my koi pond and some drainage pumps. Very clear and easy directions for setting up and they work great. They just plug into any outlet on a circuit you want to monitor so no wiring required. Highly recommend.

Works as expected
Product arrived along with clear instructions. I would advise you make a note of the device ID, since if it does not automatically register under your account, you need to reset it and go through the process again to attempt manually adding to your account using that device ID.The initial setup was straight forward and easy. It connected to my wifi and I could see it on my network. But as I mentioned, the device would not register under my account at MySpool. I tried the manual registration and it did not work either. But an email to the support group did the trick and they added it to my account.Since then it has worked great and I get almost instantaneous notification upon power loss to the device. Worth it for the peace of mind knowing the fridge is monitored.

Best and easiest to set up
This is the one to get. It works exactly like described and is easy to set up. Comes with clear English instructions. Even sent a follow up email to let me know they monitor its functional and let you know if it’s not working. WOW!

Perfect for Refrigerator/Freezer outlets! Easy setup and works great!
Bought two of these to use on the Refrigerator & Freezer outlets due to breakers being tripped on those circuits and leaving the power off undetected. Now that these are installed (super-easy to set up), I get nearly instant notification (by email and text) that the power has gone off on those circuits, allowing me to reset the breaker quickly. PLUS, I also get notification when the power has been restored to those circuits. All of these notifications/alerts can be easily customized and configured in your online account (also very easy to set up). What's really ideal for me is having two of these installed on different circuits. If I only get notification of one being out, I'll know that the breaker was likely tripped and power is not out to the whole house (making troubleshooting a breeze). These units are going to provide me so much peace of mind when going out of town - no more worrying about undetected power outages that might impact the food in the fridge/freezer.One very important thing you need to know is that these units require constant connection to Wi-Fi in order to notify you of power outages. So, if you don't have your modem and/or router plugged into a battery backup (UPS), these units can't notify you of power failure if power to the entire house goes out. However, you don't need to have a crazy-expensive UPS for your modem and/or router because these detectors need less than a minute of Wi-Fi after the power is out to send the notification. Just get a small $40-50 UPS and then plug ONLY your modem and/or router into this UPS. This will give you 5-10 minutes of internet and Wi-Fi after power failure - plenty of time. If the power is off longer than your UPS unit can supply power to the router and/or modem, it doesn't matter. The detector will automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi after power has been restored and then the detector will notify you the power has been restored. If you want to know of power failures to ANY circuit in your house, these are a very affordable and reliable option (with NO subscription fees - just one-time purchase cost).
