Happy
Good sauce for stir fry’s and good price

awesome
absolutely frigging love these sauces, so glad I found I can buy in bulk like this. They help me save money and make my stir fry diet fun. I think the Peking one is my favourite. I even add a bit to a chow mein pot noodle (I'm pretty sure that's a hate crime against China), it takes it from mid to delicious. Literally lasts a whole month at least. I'm still not through a bottle after 4 weeks or using it every single day!

Delicious Sauce and Excellent Value
This really is a delicious sauce. I bought it because our local takeaway is always a bit tight with the hoi sin sauce with the crispy duck pancakes so I always use it when that regularly runs out. In fact I prefer the taste of this sauce to hoi sin at the takeaway. Very similar but this isn't as sweet and syrup-like. It proved to be a great idea as now we never run out. I decant it into one of those cafe-style squeezy top-up containers for every day use as it is a big heavy container of sauce you get. Its delicious added to stir frys and also when I fry up a mix of chicken, mushrooms, onions, and peppers, and this sauce, then wrap them in tortillas. Yum. Ive bought two of these now and both have had a very long date on them. I bought mine in July 2016 and the sauce expires in March 2017. Fantastic value when you consider the price of hoi sin sauce and stir fry sauce jars in the supermarket. It's truly delicious. A rich thick sauce, not runny and watery like the supermarket ones. It goes a long way. Lovely to dip prawn crackers into as well. Ooooh I'm salivating now!! Ha ha. A perfect mix of tang and sweetness in this rich dark thick sauce. We love it. I would Highly recommended it. Tasty and excellent value for the huge container you get (a bit smaller than a 4 pint container of milk)

Shelf Life
I purchased this item a couple of days ago to use in my chinese cooking. Super excited to receive it Saturday. I was reading the information lable on the back and it said to use within 6 weeks of opening or by the use by date. On checking the use by date, I noticed it's out of date in 19 days ☹️☹️☹️... Not very impressed I have been sent a product that is out of date before the recommended use by information.

Nice, very sweet.
I have mostly (probably sacrilegiously) used this as an ingredient to add a little sweetness and umami to some dishes rather than it's actual purpose. Can't fault it or the value. Same for all the other bulk Lee Kum Kee products.
