Goes on smooth and covers well, good base coat
I used this primer for a couple of DIY projects, including prepping some old interior doors and new MDF skirting boards. It applied really smoothly with both a roller and a brush, and dried fairly quickly without any strong odour. The finish it left behind was clean and even, giving the topcoat a perfect base to cling to. Coverage was great — I only needed one coat in most cases, and a light second coat where the surface was a bit more porous. The 2.5L tin went a long way. I didn’t experience any flaking or bubbling, and it bonded nicely to surfaces that had been previously painted. Pros: Great coverage and adhesion Fast drying with minimal smell Works well on both wood and plaster Cons: Needs proper surface prep for best results Not ideal for exterior use

Awesome paint
Done one coat and wow I am very impressed...I may even leave it as one coat as it has covered the wall nicely ...applied with a brush and it was a great consistency, didn't drip and dried fast ... definitely good value for money ☺️

Good Paint
Very good paint for exterior woodwork. Used before so we know it's goodness well even before adding topcoat. Plus it saves time two in one application

A 2.5 litre tin of Leyland Trade Acrylic Primer Undercoat in White which arrived safe and sound thanks to the excellent packaging (see photos). As with most paints, preparation is key to obtaining the best results and providing you do this well, this Acrylic paint is easy to apply, covers and adheres well, dries within a reasonable time and provides an excellent base for topcoats. No issues whatsoever thus far. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again and as such, Highly Recommended!

Brilliant primer for woodwork
Have used this as a primer for all the woodwork around the house. Fairly thick but spreads really well and dries in no time at all. Doesn’t smell as much as other primers and the finish is brilliant. Covers a lot. Can’t fault the product at all.

Perfect used with eggshell and it,s the best quick drying and easy to apply also painted over dark paint outside to give an undercoat for a lighter paint done the job no probs
