Very effective and economic D3 supplement
Iโve been very pleased with this product. My GP wanted me to take a D3 supplement but the prescription level caps she prescribed were not covered by my insurance and were expen$ive! I've been taking these for a little while now, and they definitely work. I had to get the vegan option in replacement of my actual prescription and at first they hurt my head but now I feel a lot more energized. I have an appointment later to let me know if my vitamin D has actually gone up.

If you are deficient or have insufficient vitamin D buy this.
Great product!! Both my 7 year old and I were deficient in vitamin D despite supplementing with 1000-4000 daily. My son's nephrologist recommended I switch him to a high weekly dose for 10 weeks and in 10 weeks he went from deficient to insufficient but almost at sufficient. My blood work was done 14 weeks later and my vitamin D level was finally in the sufficient range so we are definitely going to continue taking this since I have always struggled with vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency.
