Shrimp Snacks Snow Flakes 30g

The shrimp really enjoy these snacks. They come out of hiding as soon as I drop it in. I like that they won't contaminate the tank if not consumed right away.

Whenever I need to count shrimp in a tank; I drop one of these in. Inevitably, they will swarm, and I can count them. They are somewhat pricey, but if you’re rotating feeds and have a healthy biofilm, using these as supplements, this should be good for the price. Pellets break up into elegant flakes and last a few days as the shrimp and snails eat on them. Easily broken into smaller sizes if you have a tank with smaller numbers of shrimp.

I personally own a farm and yes... I did see that it was 30g but I can't help but feel like I got cheated with how tiny the package was and it still cost me 11 dollars. I can get 12+ pounds of chicken feed, and that's if you buy at retail rates... it's even lower at wholesale. I dropped the pellets into the tank, and the 200-300 shrimp devoured one in like 10 minutes. You're supposed to feed enough such that shrimp are eating for 1-3 hours. That's a lot of pellets. This will run out in probably 1 month. 11 dollars per month on shrimp food?

Shrimp love this stuff!

Mine don’t go “CRAZY” over these, but they eat them just like any other food I put in their dish. Won’t buy again because it was so pricey, but won’t throw away or anything.

It doesn't make the water dirty, but my shrimp don't like it at all. They swim away from it.Sadly, it is not returnable.
