BEST SOLUTION FOR BREASTFEEDING !!!Leave it for 1 day inside a bowl with water (hydrating them) then cooked in low heat for 2 hours … always check the level of water, don’t let dry. Then once well cooked (the canjica needs to be soft) you add a cup of milk plus condensed milk plus desiccated coconut flakes and a but of cinnamon if you like. You have that (which is delicious btw) and you will have lots of Breastfeeding milk!! It’s unbelievable.

To start with, whats pictured is not what’s on the inside, looks like some sort of chicken food, it’s a waste of money and more of lying to people. Trashed the whole thing. Can’t consume it
