Bought as a replacement for the original that came with our hose. After 4 years it’s eventually cracked after being dropped on the floor a number of times and being repeatedly exposed to sun and freezing temperatures over the years, so it was time to invest in a new one. This was a good price, which meant whereas originally I was shopping around for compatible parts but not necessarily branded Hozelock due to the usual price tag, this was actually so competitively priced that it was worth the purchase. Easy to attach to our existing Hozelock clips and is also easy to use. The handle is shaped well so it’s easy to hold even with wet hands and also the trigger is easy to pull in so you don’t get hand ache after a few minutes. The different settings allow for us to pick the flow we need to cover everything from gently watering the plants without damaging them or by twisting the head round we get a setting with more water pressure for washing dog vomit off the patio. The customer service from Hozelock was also great as one of the grey rings in the pack was unfortunately split, so I contacted them and gave them the order details, receipt etc and they sent a replacement out straight away, without quibble. Brilliant to have the security of knowing if on the off chance something was defective, there is customer support.

Never was dissapointed with HOZELOCK and I am not dissapointed with this spray gun either. It works great, have all the modes you need, but it will not last forever. If it falls on hard surface it will crack or brake. Still very good for the price.

Best hosepipe gun I’ve had. Easy ooomph change and lock. Enough spray choices for me. Whoops. Video shows some dribble on reduced oomph. Don’t use it indoors.

Delivered in time, not used it yet, but trust the product will work.. Hint people, dont leave the gun sittting outside for years. Mine has just cracked on the handset itself.. it is like 5 years old and been sitting outside this whole time.. No fault to the product itself.
