The printer produces crisp, sharp, high-resolution images supplied from a rear loading 100 sheet paper tray. Connectivity is via USB 2.0, Wifi, mobile & cloud print. We would specify this printer as a start up printer setup for dye sublimation printing. Up to 100 mugs, a day should be ok which equates to 34 sheets of transfer paper to be printed on. Assistance is available to get you set up and going and we offer advice and support to assist you to get the first products printed and pressed successfully to help get you up and running on the path to a new business opportunity. Warranty. 12 months manufacturer's warranty based on a "Return to Base" Customer to get printer returned to a service centre. The first 30 days are covered by ourselves and should a non-fixable problem occur, an exchange product will be made available at our cost. After 30 days the remaining warranty period is direct with the printer manufacturer. Printer manufacturers are becoming increasingly difficult on warranty when their printers are not used with their own branded inks. They may void the warranty on the printer when using other cartridge types.
