I guess you can use it both ways, but you might have to drill your own holes for mounting, I was just thinking about that today, it would easy to push my boat trailer and trailer in place, then back up with my garden tractor, it is very heavy duty metal and a very nice hitch, also very nice price.

what size is the receiver 2" or 114"?

2 " but its a little shallow for regular receiver hitch plugs, only about 1.75" from center of pin to rear of hitch .. might have to cut off a little from the hitch ball plugin.

Can you put a ball hitch in it

I wish it also attached to the back of the of the tractor instead of just resting on that lower lip. I can see why one person said heavy weight bent the back of his tractor. too bad.

I have a husqvarna, will it work with the rear bagger attachment or do I have take it off to use the bagger?

Good question, don't know, but for the craftsman people, your lawn tractor you need to remove the bagger
