Simply brilliant
Fantastic service, brilliant machine, fast delivery. Only criticism might be the lack of instructions in English, or indeed any European language, but the pictograms were very helpful, and after the initial brief panic, it was easy to put it together and use it. Just love it.

Excellent machine and a fraction of the cost compared to buying from a UK company. I was quoted £500 for one of these. The import tax being unknow additional cost was a concern but ended up being £12 so that was fine. It is super sharp!

Improvement needed
Had difficulty with cutting of some vegetables as the star shaped spindle to attach the vegetables has a small diameter which tends to shred the inside of softer vegetables. Preferred the kitchen aid sheeter.

Cool decive ... And very very sharp ... Getting the wright moves to turn the blade swiftly will ask some experience but nevertheless .. Happy (^-^)Also the contactperson in Japan was very friendly and understanding ! Immaculate service and fast delivery from Japan !

Initial thoughts on opening
Removed from packing and went through everything.The instructions are very difficult to followIt states screwdriver not supplied but would be useful if the screw for the handle was supplied!Can’t comment on its use as not got there yet.So far not impressed and definitely not easy to set up for £200
