Excellent. Using for red blotches on face (for which doc said might need antihistamines and/or antibiotic cream) and for what might be boil ‘brewing’ on behind, and also for itchy spots on hands which I get in hay fever season. So far so good, will buy again. For me, I think any garlic smell is very mild indeed and not offensive at all.

My 7 yr old dd had developed a large spot on her face. I tried everything from witch hazel, tea tree oil to every spot cream product on the market. It was getting bigger and she had had it for 4 months by this stage. I was desperate. I saw this and decided to give it a go. It does smell strongly of garlic and my daughter would only let me put it on her at night. You only need a tiny amount but it after 4 weeks that spot had vanished. It worked almost at once. I am still amazed at how well it worked. Dont let them smell put u off. It really works well.☺

I was recently recommended this product and have been using it on my psoriatic toe nails. There has actually been an improvement in how they look which is more than I can say for most toenail fungus products I have tried. I have also used it on a few weird spots that have appeared on my body and it has improved those. It is an entirely natural product which to me is good. Yes it does smell a little of garlic when in use but that soon goes away.

Smells of garlic, so don't use when you want to impress! Think it's a good antibacterial though.

This product was recommended to me by a Homeopath for my gnat bites that were inflamed. It helped to heal them without them turning to being infected which happens to me when I get these bites.

Sadly it didn't live up to expectations. Used for almost 2 months on my son's hand warts and molloscum with no difference.

I have been using this product for the past two years (it used to have a different label). I was concerned because it says to use it in 3 months, but mine continued working for 12 months, until the tube was empty. Maybe it helps that I keep it in the refrigerator after opening. As it gets older the scent diminishes, but I know it still works because if I put it on chigger or mosquito bites the itching stops in a couple of minutes. I use it for bug bites, pimples, rashes, and on cuts to keep them from becoming infected. I recently developed a rash from nerves on my face. I tried several different products but nothing worked. I picked up a bar of DermaZinc soap on Amazon and began using it 2 or 3 times per day with Allicin Max Alliderm gel. Neither worked completely on its own, but together they got rid of 95% of the rash, my skin is almost completely clear now. I know it is expensive (although at under $15 it is the best price I have paid for a tube) but it was cheaper than going to a dermatologist. When I first apply it to my skin there is a strong scent of garlic (which does not bother me), but as it dries the smell disappears. I have asked people at work if they smell garlic on me and they said no, so I take their word for it. I thought it was interesting that I can smell the garlic again when I wash it off my face. This is one of those products I will always keep in the house. UPDATE: It's been three years since I left my original review. I am still using this product as needed for any flare-ups on my face. I like that it dries without spreading, which means I can use it without it seeping into my eyes or mouth when I use it on my face. It also works great on itchy, irritating bug bites; I get relief within 10 seconds of applying the product. I just hope someone will offer it again on Amazon for an affordable price. Until then, I'll be careful not to waste any and keep checking for new sellers.

it works on any skin problem, just imagine what garlic can do. I have athlete foot and it destroying my mushrooms and i have also herpes simplex virus type 1 on my nose and it Really help and i hope it will kill totally

I love allicin gel the product has helped an un-healing rash I have had. It also cured a wound I had that would not heal for years. I will continue to buy and love this product. I also love this vendor because it is at a price I can afford I am not rich so a decent price is invaluable to me. To ensure I can still get the product. I am thankful to this vendor and this product that is so valuable to me.

I have had a rash on my lower legs for FOUR YEARS and NOTHING would get rid of it! This gel has improved it 75% and I will continue using it until the rash is totally gone. Just be sure to realize this ships from the UK, so it will take about 2 weeks to get it. Well worth the wait, though!
