Its European... only comes with a 2 pin plug
It has a great clamp, to attach to the side of my son's bunk bed, opens nice and wide. Whole thing is a bit "plasticy". Fortunately I had an adapter to convert a European plug to a British 3 pin, it needed a 20w E27 bulb which you can't get in B & Q. Nice bright shade of blue. Its Ok for the time being. Wouldn't buy another one.
