Where’s the best place on the body to rub?

This is a topical solution that should be applied on the area of pain or soreness. I had a bulging disc between C4 and C5. Needless to say it was painful and uncomfortable. I would apply Oxicell liberally on and around the affected area. It did not alleviate the pain, however, it did make the pain much more manageable. My neck is now healed through PT, but I keep an extra bottle around from all types of soreness. I highly recommend it.

Do I get the 22 or the 70 version? I don’t know the difference, but a few years ago purchased one after a mtg w my dr about hashimotos.

I think the KR70 is the product without the scented essential oils. Otherwise, they are the same. The ingredients are listed on the Apex Energetic’s website.
