will the JML food sealer take any replacement bags

In my experience it will only vacuum seal using JML bags, but will happily seal other materials to keep eg. Crisps in an open bag fresh :)

Can I use the same bag the vegetables come in from the store?

Dear Michelle,Thank you for your recent correspondence,we recommend to our customers to use the JML Food Sealer rolls with the food sealer as this bags are designed for use in this product where as other bags may not be suitable, also I would say your best of using the food sealer rolls for the best results with regards to the food staying fresh.I hope this helps, kind regardsJML Customer Service
