Great no nonsense intro to dry cupping
I attended Danial Lawrence' workshop in cupping and got this book to go with it. It's a fantastic little book full of practical how to's so that you have a working knowledge of the different types of cupping as well as covering the history and context for when to use cupping safely. I would advise you attend Daniel's workshop so that you can have a good practice.

Great book - Would recommend the course too!
This is a great book, well written, and easy to understand. The pictures along with the numerous QR codes are a great help with the practical elements which re-affirm the book learning. I would also recommend undertaking Daniel's course. It's great to see Daniel in action and you learn so much. All well worth the investment.
